All of our products are made in the U.S.A. with the highest quality materials and workmanship. Our GuaranteeGold Belt stands behind its products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale. Manufacturing defective merchandise will be credited, replaced or exchanged with equal value merchandise. (Defective merchandise must be returned clean. No returns will be accepted for merchandise that is soiled in any way. Determination of and disposition of defective goods will be made by Gold Belt. Any return must be authorized, and merchandise must be returned within 30 days from issue date of return authorization.) Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any style or color listed without prior notice. Terms: Domestic orders Net 30 days from date of invoice upon approved credit. International orders by Pro Forma Invoice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gold Belt, Inc. Past due invoices are subject to service charge of 1 1/4% per month (annual service charge of 15%). Shipping/Freight Charges: All merchandise is F.O.B. Drop Shipments: Gold Belt provides drop shipping services to end users upon request by distributor at no additional surcharge. All shipments are F.O.B. Chula Vista, California. Shipments for approved distributors are prepaid. Charges are added to billing invoice. Returns: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Claims for returns must be filed within 5 days of receipt of order. DIRTY, SOILED, WORN GARMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR INSPECTION OR DISPOSITION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Merchandise returned for credit must be clean and in original packaging. Shop-worn or soiled merchandise will not be accepted. Merchandise older than 30 days or discontinued merchandise may not be returned. PLEASE REFER TO THE INVOICE NUMBER ON WHICH RETURN MERCHANDISE WAS SHIPPED. SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN DUE TO THEIR SPECIAL DESIGN (SPECIAL ORDERS). Claims: All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of the receipt of shipment. Collection Costs: Upon placing order and acceptance of merchandise, a contract has been fulfilled and customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection including attorney's fees, in connection with the collection of "Past Due" accounts, regardless if suit is filed.
